A 30-60 minute visit at our center where we can learn about your bone health history and health goals, demonstrate the OsteoStrong process,  and answer any questions you have.

OsteoStrong $49 Intro Session

Everything in the Discovery Visit, but instead of just seeing in action, experience everything a new member would  - a fully coached session along with trying out our other modalities.

OsteoStrong Guest Pass

This special pass may have been given to you by another member or one of our trusted partners and includes everything in the intro session.



Red Light Therapy $49 Intro

A 45 minute visit to our center that includes a consultation, education, 10 mins of premium red light, and and 10 mins of full body vibration.



LIMFA Therapy Discovery Call

A 30 minute phone call to learn about your health situation, explain what LIMFA is and how it can support your goals, and answer any questions you have.
